What is Pind da tour?
Pind da tour mean is the real Punjabi village, where you can see how local farmers live and what they do in daily life.
Im jagroop singh and myself and family are farmers in a village in Punjab . After college I started work in a backpacker hostel in Amritsar and found that many of our guests wanted a more authentic experience of Punjabi life outside the city and after some time the village tour become famous in Amritsar city .This is why I set up the village tour, which started in 2013 and has since become a great success as can be seen from our excellent reviews. This website has been developed to provide you with additional information, contact details and an easy booking system.
We would recommend starting the tour in the morning so you can see the beautiful freshness. Also, the village is close to the India-Pakistan border so you can witness the Wagah border ceremony in the afternoon. Whilst experiencing real Punjabi village life and learning about our rich culture you will also find peace in the calm and lush surroundings, away from the chaos and noise of city life.

It all started With a warm welcome by Jagroop and his family followed by tea and breakfast right outside the house on a typical char pai. Then we were take for a farm visit and had the awesome experience of driving a Tractor inside the Farm. One of its kind experience. Later they dressed me up as a proper sardar with a pagdi, kurta and chadar…. it was time for some fun with skills exhibited by Jagroop and and tried by us. Had a sumptuous lunch which was made of fresh veggies grown at their farm. My daughter had a great time with the 2 kids in the house. We were made to feel as a part of their family.
